<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Below you will find the Op-Ed piece written by Sarah Palin and found in the <a title="Washington Post" href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/08/AR2009120803402.html" target="_blank">Washington Post</a>. Sarah Palin, as usual, hits the nail on the head with this one.</p>
<blockquote><p>With the <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/11/20/AR2009112004093.html">publication of damaging e-mails</a> from a climate research center in Britain, the radical environmental movement appears to face a tipping point. The revelation of appalling actions by so-called climate change experts allows the American public to finally understand the concerns so many of us have articulated on this issue.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Climate-gate,&#8221; as the e-mails and other documents from the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia have become known, exposes a highly politicized scientific circle &#8212; the same circle whose work underlies efforts at the Copenhagen climate change conference. The agenda-driven policies being pushed in Copenhagen won&#8217;t change the weather, but they would change our economy for the worse.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>The e-mails reveal that leading climate &#8220;experts&#8221; deliberately destroyed records, manipulated data to &#8220;hide the decline&#8221; in global temperatures, and tried to silence their critics by preventing them from publishing in peer-reviewed journals. What&#8217;s more, the documents show that there was <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/04/AR2009120404511.html">no real consensus</a> even within the CRU crowd. Some scientists had strong doubts about the accuracy of estimates of temperatures from centuries ago, estimates used to back claims that more recent temperatures are rising at an alarming rate.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>This scandal obviously calls into question the proposals being pushed in Copenhagen. I&#8217;ve always believed that policy should be based on sound science, not politics. As governor of Alaska, I took a stand against politicized science when <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/08/30/AR2008083001538.html">I sued the federal government</a> over its decision to list the polar bear as an endangered species despite the fact that the polar bear population had more than doubled. I got clobbered for my actions by radical environmentalists nationwide, but I stood by my view that adding a healthy species to the endangered list under the guise of &#8220;climate change impacts&#8221; was an abuse of the Endangered Species Act. This would have irreversibly hurt both Alaska&#8217;s economy and the nation&#8217;s, while also reducing opportunities for responsible development.</p></blockquote>
<div id="inline-ad" style="margin-bottom: 4px; padding-right: 10px; float: left;">
<div></div>

{
document.write('</div>
<p>') ;
}
// ]]&gt;</script></div>
<blockquote><p>Our representatives in Copenhagen should remember that good environmental policymaking is about weighing real-world costs and benefits &#8212; not pursuing a political agenda. That&#8217;s not to say I deny the reality of some changes in climate &#8212; far from it. I saw the impact of changing weather patterns firsthand while serving as governor of our only Arctic state. I was one of the first governors to <a href="http://gov.state.ak.us/admin-orders/238.html">create a subcabinet</a> to deal specifically with the issue and to recommend common-sense policies to respond to the coastal erosion, thawing permafrost and retreating sea ice that affect Alaska&#8217;s communities and infrastructure.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>But while we recognize the occurrence of these natural, cyclical environmental trends, we can&#8217;t say with assurance that man&#8217;s activities cause weather changes. We can say, however, that any potential benefits of proposed emissions reduction policies are far outweighed by their economic costs. And those costs are real. Unlike the proposals <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/11/26/AR2009112600519.html">China</a> and <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/03/AR2009120302314.html">India</a> offered prior to Copenhagen &#8212; which actually allow them <a href="http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2009/dec/06/china-carbon-emissions-copenhagen-climate">to increase</a> their emissions &#8212; <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/11/25/AR2009112501448.html">President Obama&#8217;s proposal</a> calls for serious cuts in our own long-term carbon emissions. Meeting such targets would require Congress to pass its cap-and-tax plans, which will result in job losses and higher energy costs (as <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlTxGHn4sH4">Obama admitted</a> during the campaign). That&#8217;s not exactly what most Americans are hoping for these days. And as public opposition continues to stall Congress&#8217;s cap-and-tax legislation, Environmental Protection Agency bureaucrats plan to <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/12/07/AR2009120701645.html">regulate carbon emissions themselves</a>, doing an end run around the American people.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>In fact, we&#8217;re not the only nation whose people are questioning climate change schemes. In the European Union, energy prices skyrocketed after it began a cap-and-tax program. Meanwhile, Australia&#8217;s Parliament recently defeated a cap-and-tax bill. Surely other nations will follow suit, particularly as the climate e-mail scandal continues to unfold.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>In his inaugural <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/inauguration/address/">address</a>, President Obama declared his intention to &#8220;restore science to its rightful place.&#8221; But instead of staying home from Copenhagen and sending a message that the United States will not be a party to fraudulent scientific practices, the president has upped the ante. He plans to fly in at the climax of the conference in hopes of sealing a &#8220;deal.&#8221; Whatever deal he gets, it will be no deal for the American people. What Obama really hopes to bring home from Copenhagen is more pressure to pass the Democrats&#8217; cap-and-tax proposal. This is a political move. The last thing America needs is misguided legislation that will raise taxes and cost jobs &#8212; particularly when the push for such legislation rests on agenda-driven science.</p></blockquote>
<blockquote><p>Without trustworthy science and with so much at stake, Americans should be wary about what comes out of this politicized conference. The president should boycott Copenhagen.</p></blockquote>

<p>Today, I watched the Oprah Winfrey show for the first time in several years. I used to be an ardent Oprah Winfrey fan until she said that there &#8220;is more than one way to Heaven&#8221;. I feel that Oprah Winfrey does her massive audience a disservice by telling lies on her show. She has so many fans that truly do not realize that JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY way to Heaven and she is spreading false doctrine on her show to naive and gullible fans who will believe anything she says.</p>
<p>Sarah Palins book, &#8220;Going Rogue&#8221; is due out in stores tomorrow, November 17, 2009. Sarah appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show for the first time today as she starts her book tour.</p>
<p>In my opinion, Sarah is not only beautiful on the outside, she is beautiful on the inside (which is far more important). I found Sarah Palin to be intelligent, caring, and devoted to God, her family, and her country. She was very unfairly treated by the so-called main stream media when she ran for Vice President in 2008. She was made fun of, told lies about, and even had her children talked about and made fun of. Why? Because she is a good and decent CONSERVATIVE woman. That&#8217;s all it took. When they could not dig up dirt on her, they made up lies against her.</p>
<blockquote><p>Why do you think it is that when the likes of Nancy Pelosi blunders and misspeaks, that the main stream media does not let the public know about it?</p>
<p>Looks like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will say anything to get support for President Obama&#8217;s $900 billion stimulus package. Pelosi publicly stated that &#8220;every month that we do not have an economic recovery package 500 million Americans lose their jobs.&#8221;  The United States has a population of 303 million. It isn&#8217;t the only time Pelosi has made the bizarre claim. In a Jan. 18 interview on &#8220;Fox News Sunday,&#8221; Pelosi repeated that 500 million jobs would be lost unless Obama&#8217;s stimulus package was passed by Congress. When host Chris Wallace corrected her and asked if she meant 500,000 jobs. &#8220;What did I say, million?&#8221; asked Pelosi, adding that it &#8220;feels like 500 million.&#8221; &#8220;Some 500,000 Americans will lose their jobs each month until we have a recovery package,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Yes, Madam Speaker, it feels like almost twice the entire population are losing their jobs each month,&#8221; retorted Wallace.</p></blockquote>
<p>Here are my personal observations about the Oprah Winfrey show today. At the beginning of the interview, when Oprah would smile at Sarah, it seemed forced to me. It did not look genuine at all. But by the end of the show, I truly think Oprah was surprised that she actually liked Sarah Palin and her smiles then seemed genuine.</p>
<p>I think that Sarah Palin came off as a class act. When asked about Levi Johnston, who has used his 15 minutes of fame to bash Sarah Palin and tell lies against her, Sarah did not say anything mean about him. She even put out an open invitation for him to join them for a family Thanksgiving dinner.</p>
<p>Sarah Palin was poised, at ease and was GENUINE. A rarity these days. Sarah Palin is truly a shining jewel among a bunch of rusted out fake diamonds.</p>
<p>Sarah did not say she would or would not run for President in 2012. I have hopes that she will. I think she would be good for this country and Lord only knows, we need a real Christian with real Christian values to turn our nation around. Now, for any who whine that the whole country is not made up of Christians, yes, I know that all too well. But decent Christian values are values that any moral person should have whether they worship Jesus Christ or not. Values and moral are GOOD things, they will not hurt you.</p>
<p>I pray that Sarah Palin and her family be blessed whether she decides to run for President in 2012 or 2016 or whenever. She deserves it.</p>
<p>I ask that the &#8220;main stream media&#8221; apologize to Sarah Palin for bashing her and for so obviously hating her just because she dared to stand up as a CONSERVATIVE woman and speak out. She as an American citizen had every right to accept the Vice Presidential nomination offered to her by the John McCain campaign. For that though, she has been maligned and treated extremely unfairly.</p>
<p>My question is: WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? Why is it that only conservative women are treated this way?</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After all the rhetoric is put aside, one principle ran through President Obama’s speech tonight: that increased government involvement in health care can solve its problems.</p>
<p>Many Americans fundamentally disagree with this idea. We know from long experience that the creation of a massive new bureaucracy will not provide us with “more stability and security,” but just the opposite. It&#8217;s hard to believe the President when he says that this time he and his team of bureaucrats have finally figured out how to do things right if only we’ll take them at their word.</p>
<p>Our objections to the Democrats’ health care proposals are not mere “bickering” or “games.” They are not an attempt to “score short term political points.” And it’s hard to listen to the President lecture us not to use “scare tactics” when in the next breath he says that “more will die” if his proposals do not pass.</p>
<p>In his speech the President directly responded to concerns I’ve raised about unelected bureaucrats being given power to make decisions affecting life or death health care matters. He called these concerns “bogus,” “irresponsible,” and “a lie” &#8212; so much for civility. After all the name-calling, though, what he did not do is respond to the arguments we’ve made, arguments even some of his own supporters have agreed have merit.</p>
<p>In fact, after promising to “make sure that no government bureaucrat &#8230;. gets between you and the health care you need,” the President repeated his call for an Independent Medicare Advisory Council &#8212; an unelected, largely unaccountable group of bureaucrats charged with containing Medicare costs. He did not disavow his own statement that such a group, working outside of “normal political channels,” should guide decisions regarding that “huge driver of cost &#8230; the chronically ill and those toward the end of their lives&#8230;.” He did not disavow the statements of his health care advisor, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, and continuing to pay his salary with taxpayer dollars proves a commitment to his beliefs. The President can keep making unsupported assertions, but until he directly responds to the arguments I’ve made, I’m going to call him out too.</p>
<p>It was heartening to hear the President finally recognize that tort reform is an important part of any solution. But this concession shouldn’t lead us to take our eye off the ball: the Democrats’ proposals will not reduce costs, and they will not deliver better health care. It’s this kind of “healthy skepticism of government” that truly reflects a “concern and regard for the plight of others.” We can’t wait to hear the details on that; we look forward to working with you on tort reform.</p>
<p>Finally, President Obama delivered an offhand applause line tonight about the cost of the War on Terror. As we approach the anniversary of the September 11th attacks and honor those who died that day and those who have died since in the War on Terror, in order to secure our freedoms, we need to remember their sacrifices and not demonize them as having had too high a price tag.</p>
<p>Remember, Mr. President, elected officials work for the people. Forcing a conclusion in order to claim a “victory” is not healthy for our country. We hear you say government isn’t always the answer; now hear us &#8212; that’s what we’ve been saying all along.</p>
<p>- Sarah Palin</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>David Letterman has made Sarah Palin the brunt of his foolish and NOT SO FUNNY jokes for quite awhile now. He is a has been with horrible writers who can&#8217;t find anything to really make fun of so these jokes just keep on coming.</p>
<p>David Letterman recently made a lot of Sarah Palin jokes after her recent trip to New York. One of the ignorant jokes Letterman made had to do with Sarah Palin&#8217;s 14 year old daughter who attended a Yankees game in New York with her parents. Letterman spent about eight minutes &#8220;defending&#8221; himself, with a so-called apology that was just another joke fest with a sick laugh track. He also invited Sarah Palin to come on his show. Letterman can hold his breath for Sarah Palin to come on, why should she help his ratings anyway??</p>
<p>The Letterman vs Palin debacle began when David Letterman made Sarah Palin the centerpiece of his Top 10 List Monday night, after she made a trip to New York City. Letterman&#8217;s list was a hodgepodge of Sarah Palin jokes and slams against her, her politics, and her family.</p>
<p>The one that got the Palins riled up this time was a joke Letterman made about Willow Palin (only 14 years old) getting &#8220;knocked up&#8221; by Alex Rodriguez during the trip. In response, Sarah Palin went on Facebook to talk about Letterman making jokes about rape.</p>
<p>Governor Palin said it was &#8220;disgusting&#8221; for a 62-year-old to make comments about raping a 14-year-old. Letterman claims he was talking about Bristol Palin who is 18 years old, but it was Willow who attended the Yankees game. It really does not matter because either way the jokes were disgusting to say about anyone, whether 14 or 18.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, Letterman spent much of the top of Wednesday night&#8217;s show explaining himself, and stopping just short of apologizing for it. Letterman&#8217;s guest Kathy Griffin had no qualms, filling the Palin insult quota for the night. Kathy Griffin by the way is a disgusting filthy mouthed woman who will do or say anything to make a buck!</p>
<p>David Letterman and Sarah Palin would naturally disagree about some things if they ever got together, given their different political stances. Sarah Palin is a good and decent conservative Christian woman while David Letterman is the typical Hollywood liberal who has very few morals. Sarah Palin has faced other attacks from the late night comedic circuit, although her current objection is over Letterman&#8217;s jokes about her daughter.</p>
<p>Palin&#8217;s objection to that overshadowed the other big attack of Monday night, when Letterman said she had a &#8220;slutty flight-attendant look.&#8221; For that, Letterman had no regrets.</p>
<p>My opinion is that the left is fearful of Sarah Palin kicking Barry O&#8217;s behind in the 2012 Presidential election and they are afraid of her. They hope by constantly smearing her and her family that she will run and hide. But they don&#8217;t know OUR Sarah Palin, she is a brave and intelligent woman. She won&#8217;t run and hide!</p>
<p>Sarah Palin for President in 2012!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to the Washington Post article, Sarah Palin WILL be attending the GOP fundraiser after all. That is great news.</p>
<p>See the <a href="http://voices.washingtonpost.com/thefix/eye-on-2012/palin.html?hpid=news-col-blog">Washington Post</a> article below in it&#8217;s entirety.</p>
<blockquote><p>Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is planning to attend the joint House-Senate fundraising dinner tonight, according to sources familiar with her schedule, ending a back and forth between the vice presidential nominee and the two congressional campaign committees that goes back for months.</p>
<p>Palin was initially invited to keynote tonight&#8217;s gathering, which will benefit the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee, as the keynote speaker.</p>
<p>Depending on whom you believe, Palin either accepted and then reneged or never accepted in the first place. Either way, the two congressional committees moved on &#8212; inviting former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (Ga.) to stand in for Palin.</p>
<p>Then came word &#8212; via Politico&#8217;s Jonathan Martin &#8212; that Palin had been re-invited to the event and asked to speak only to have that invite reneged when concerns were raised that she would overshadow Gingrich.</p>
<p>Palin&#8217;s appearance is one of several stops she will make while in the nation&#8217;s capital. &#8220;In DC, will meet w AK&#8217;s Washington office (John Katz) re: natural gas pipeline &#038; readying AK for good movement on huge project for us &#038; U.S.&#8217;s,&#8221; Palin tweeted minutes ago.</p>
<p>She has also taped an interview with Fox News Channel&#8217;s Sean Hannity that is set to run this evening. In excerpts obtained by the Drudge Report Palin says &#8220;we told ya so&#8221; when asked about the direction President Obama has taken the nation, adding: &#8220;If Americans aren&#8217;t paying attention, unfortunately our country could evolve into something that we do not even recognize.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

LOL, well, we DO want a President who knows what he or she is doing and who actually loves their country, that would be nice!</p>

<p>Below you will find what the <a href="http://www.drudgereport.com/flashpfn.htm">Drudge Report</a> has given us as a preview to tonights interview with Sarah Palin.</p>
<blockquote><p>
&#8216;TOLD YA SO&#8217;<br />
Mon Jun 08 2009 10:29:02 ET</p>
<p>Sarah Palin hits FOXNEWS tonight for the big &#8216;Told Ya So&#8217; interview, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.</p>
<p>As President Obama vows to spend the &#8216;stimulus&#8217; faster, Governor Palin tells host Sean Hannity: &#8216;You gotta quit digging that hole!&#8217;</p>
<p>MORE</p>
<p>HANNITY: What do you make of – look at the state of the economy now&#8230;</p>
<p>PALIN: Well, when you consider that the federal government is about eleven trillion dollars in debt, and we’re borrowing more to spend more.. it defies any sensible economic policy that any of us ever learned through college. It defies economy practices and principles that tell ya ‘you gotta quit digging that hole when you are in that financial hole’</p>
<p>Palin continues:</p>
<p>&#8220;America is digging a deeper hole and how are we paying for this government largesse. We’re borrowing. We’re borrowing from China and we consider that now we own sixty percent of GENERAL MOTORS – or the U.S. government does… But who is the U.S. government becoming more indebted to? It’s China. So that leads you to have to ask who is really going to own our car industry than in America.&#8221;</p>
<p>HANNITY: You know but it goes back &#8211; It does go back a little to the campaign. I mean, ‘spread the wealth, patriotic duty…’</p>
<p>PALIN: Kind of a ‘we told ya so’.</p>
<p>HANNITY: Well, is that how you feel?</p>
<p>PALIN: That’s how I feel! I feel like… and I think that more and more constituents are going to open their eyes now and open their ears to hear what is really going on and realize ok… Maybe we didn’t have a good way of expressing that, or articulating that message of ‘here is what America could potentially become if we grow government to such a degree that we cannot pay for it and we have to borrow money from other countries, some countries that don’t necessarily like America.</p>
<p>And this many months into the new administration, quite disappointed, quite frustrated with not seeing those actions to rein in spending, slow down the growth of government. Instead Sean it is the complete opposite. It’s expanding at such a large degree that if Americans aren’t paying attention, unfortunately our country could evolve into something that we do not even recognize.</p>
<p>HANNITY: Socialism?</p>
<p>PALIN: Well, that is where we are headed. That is where we have to be blunt enough and candid enough and honest enough with Americans to let them know that if we keep going down these roads… nationalizing many of our services, our projects, our businesses, yes that is where we would head. And that is why Americans have to be paying attention. And we have to have our voices heard. And ultimately it need to be our will, the American people’s will imposed on Washington, instead of the other way around.</p>
<p>The interview is set to air tonight on FOXNEWS, 9 PM ET.</p>
<p>Developing&#8230; </p></blockquote>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The information below was taken from the <a href="http://www.thealaskafundtrust.com/about/"> Alaska Fund Trust About page</a>.</p>
<blockquote><p>The Alaska Fund Trust is the official legal fund created to defend the integrity of the Alaska Governor&#8217;s Office from an onslaught of political attacks launched against current Governor Sarah Palin, the First Family, and state-employed colleagues. These baseless accusations have cost Alaska more than $1 million in public monies to defend, and Governor Palin has incurred more than half a million dollars in personal debt defending her official actions as Governor.</p>
<p>The Alaska Fund Trust was formed by Alaskans and will be funded by Alaskans and their fellow Americans. Our donors are everyday citizens that believe caustic political games cannot be allowed to stop the progress of the people&#8217;s elected representatives. Since her Vice-Presidential nomination, the Governor has become a target for local partisans, national professional political operatives, and defenders of the status quo. They have attempted to discredit Governor Palin and limit her effectiveness in reforming government, based on her solid conservative principles.</p>
<p>Governor Palin, her family, and her staff had to endure a major investigation in which the Governor was cleared of any wrongdoing. However, the exoneration did not occur until hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal debt piled up for the family. In addition, countless unfounded ethics charges have been filed. Unfortunately, it is illegal in Alaska to discuss the filing of an ethics complaint, much less its merit. More troublesome is that there is no punishment for filing frivolous complaints. Therefore opponents continue to drum up ideas, file complaints, and leak them to the media. As the complaints disappear due to lack of evidence, there is no media follow-up on a blatant, costly abuse of the process.</p>
<p>For Alaskans, the time has come to end the siege on our government by political tricksters. Enough is enough. With the help of reform-minded advocates from across our nation, we will stand up for what is right. Your maximum contribution of $150.00 will allow the Governor, her family, and her colleagues to retire their legal debt at no cost to Alaskans and reduce the incentive for mischief by her opponents. Together, we can help Governor Palin and future elected officials turn back the tide of overtly partisan and unnecessarily personal political attacks.</p>
<p>Halfway through her first term as Alaska&#8217;s Governor, Sarah Palin has done so much for her state and her nation. She has been a champion for much needed transparency and accountability in government. She has sought to protect the fundamental freedoms ensured by our Constitution. And she has never forgotten the importance of lowering energy costs for Alaskans and striving for energy security for America. Still, there is much left to be done, so let&#8217;s help Governor Palin continue the job she was elected to do without all these petty distractions.</p></blockquote>
<p>You can donate to the <a href="http://www.thealaskafundtrust.com/donate/">Alaska Fund Trust here</a>.</p>
<p>Please help by donating anything you can afford, every dollar counts!</p>
<p>God bless Sarah Palin! </p>

This was part of an inaugural Founder&#8217;s Day Celebration in this upstate New York community.</p>
<p>There were more than 20,000 people that turned out to see Sarah Palin lead the parade through downtown Auburn. Ms. Palin also signed a proclamation honoring William Seward.</p>
<p>Mr. Steward was a 19th Century Secretary of State who negotiated the purchase of Alaska from Russia. Alaska was purchased for 7.2 million dollars.  Alaska celebrates it&#8217;s 50th anniversary of statehood.</p>
<p>Governor Palin spoke later on at a fundraiser for the Seward House Museum. The Governor spoke out against the Obama Administrations handling of national security, the economic crisis and energy.</p>
<p>I am on Sarah Palins side about this. Obama has done an AWFUL job with energy of which Sarah Palin is an expert.</p>
<p>Yay!! Sarah Palin for President in 2012!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="attachment_91" class="wp-caption alignleft" style="width: 310px"><img class="size-medium wp-image-91" title="palin" src="http://www.sarahsarah.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/palin-300x206.jpg" alt="Governor Sarah Palin" width="300" height="206" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Governor Sarah Palin</p></div>
<p>Governor Sarah Palin made a statement that I totally agree with. On the same day, both George Tiller, the Abortion doctor, and William Long, were murdered for political and/or religious reasons.</p>
<p>But WHO got all the media coverage? George Tiller, the infamous late term abortion doctor did. You had to look far and wide and in the back pages of newspapers to find the William Long story.</p>
<p><strong>William Long was only 24  years old</strong> and was an Army Recruiter. He was serving his country so that we might all be free, even LIBERALS! He was killed by a politically and religiously motivated Muslim convert who said if more people had been in the parking lot he would have killed them too. What about William Long? He deserved candlelight vigils and services. But all we heard about was what was being done for George Tiller because he had LIBERAL points of view and even though he murdered countless numbers of innocent babies, he gets candlelight vigils. Again, the murder of George Tiller was WRONG, but don&#8217;t you find something is just not right when someone like George Tiller gets all the media coverage and you could barely find any mention of a young innocent American Soldier shot down in the name of Islam. That just disgusts me. <strong>Do we STILL live in America???</strong></p>
<p>The Liberal run media is ALWAYS going to air the stories that they think make the Conservative Right look bad. The problem is in this case, that the murder of George Tiller was not condoned by the Conservative Right. TRUE Christians do NOT condone the murder of anyone, whether we like or agree with someone or not. George Tillers murder was WRONG, there is no doubt about that. God is to judge us, we don&#8217;t have the right to be judge, jury, and executioner.</p>
<p><strong>Here is Governor Palin&#8217;s statement </strong>about the George Tiller murder and the William Long murder:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;The stories of two very different lives with similar fates crossed through the media&#8217;s hands yesterday &#8212; both equally important but one lacked the proper attention. The death of 67-year old George Tiller was unacceptable, but equally disgusting was another death that police believe was politically and religiously motivated as well.</p>
<p>William Long died yesterday. The 23-year old Army Recruiter was gunned down by a fanatic; another fellow soldier was wounded in the ambush. The soldiers had just completed their basic training and were talking to potential recruits, just as my son, Track, once did.</p>
<p>Whatever titles we give these murderers, both deserve our attention. Violence like that is no way to solve a political dispute nor a religious one. And the fanatics on all sides do great disservice when they confuse dissention with rage and death.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
